Here is exactly how shipping works at Kept & Co. — stated plainly, the way we like it.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery (United States)

Standard delivery typically arrives within 6–12 business days from shipment. We ship to all 50 states. Standard shipping is free on all US orders — no minimums, no codes.

Tracking

The moment your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a live tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first update after the label is created.

Delays and lost packages

Most orders arrive well within the window above, but carriers occasionally run behind during weather events and peak seasons. If your tracking has not updated in 5+ days, or a package is marked delivered but has not arrived, reach out through our Contact page and we will make it right.
