We want you to keep Kept & Co. products because they work — not because returning them is a hassle. Here is our policy, plainly.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or is not right, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to ship damaged items back unless we ask.
